The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) has thirty articles. Paul reads the articles and discusses the implications of the document. The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR) were based on the UDHR and are binding treaties. Together, all three documents make up the International Bill of Human Rights.
